I don't know what everyone is talking about with the receptionist. She's always so cheerful and sweet to me. Dr Singman looks at my problem for about 2 seconds, knows what it is, and tells me how to treat it. He's very knowledgeable!
Hesitated to make this review for a while, but felt it was necessary. I visited in August and nothing really bad to say about Dr.Singman. However I have never dealt with someone who genuinely enjoys making people feel stupid and uncomfortable the way I did with the older blonde receptionist. Very quick and I've never had a bad experience
If you like to deal with a bunch of geriatric idiots who work at front desk then this is the place for you. I scheduled an appointment, on a Saturday. I was told that my referral was good and I can been seen, I took time away from what I had to do and went to my scheduled appointment only to be told when I got there that my referral needed to be updated and I had to reschedule, no respect for time, no due diligence to check my referral before my arrival. PLEASE READ! If I could give him 0 stars, I would. My mom went to see Dr. Singman because she’s been experiencing hair loss, he wasn’t sympathetic at all. He just looked at her scalp quickly, told her she probably has alopecia, to try Rogain and there’s nothing else to do. I went to see Dr. Singman as well in January because I was expecting extreme dryness around my mouth that wasn’t going away for a couple months.
