The doctors here are okay. But the receptionist at this practice is awful. She is always miserable and rude. She makes it unpleasant and difficult to make an appointment. I am considering changing practices for my whole family because of her rudeness. This person represents the whole practice and it speaks volumes that they have someone as vile as her dealing directly with patients.
