Front desk person was and is always rude. I will not return to this office. The front desk person tells me all I need to know about this business.If you allow someone at your front desk to treat your patients the way this woman does.Then you don't deserve to see patients. Why in the world?They would let somebody that answers.The phone with such attitude and such arrogance tried to cut me off while I was trying to explain something.She was so rude.I just don't understand it and I will never be back
In this clinic office, the lady in the front desk is rediculous rude, when I called and make an appointment, she asked if my insurance is ppo,I said not sure but I can tell her my insurance card number and other information, she immediately raised her voice and yelled at me, said they do not verify the insurance here! And she continued arguing and yelling the same thing! She IS VERY RUDE, she should be fired for the clinic’s benefit.

The facility's lack of professionalism is disappointing, as they seem unwilling to provide assistance. Following a visit to the ER for my chronic sinus infections, I contacted the office to inquire about interim care while awaiting my surgery date, as recommended by the ER. Despite my persistent calls, I received no assistance. Additionally, my surgery date was scheduled without billing contacting me.
