Five years of being loyal patients down the drain because my wife was five minutes late to her appointment. The staff rudely told her they cancelled her appointment because of being five minutes late but when you show up on time or early you sometimes have to wait for the doctor up to 30 minutes and that is ok. He was a fine Doctor and until I was sick. I had a stroke and needed more medical caremre than ever and Did not receive it from this office. I am handicapped and they will not even ProvideVideo appointments, even though there is no reason to go to the office. It is very difficult for me to get out of the house, especially in winter, but this doctor does not provide Video visits. Dr. Foster is exceptional, very attentive and willing to spend time with you. I never feel rushed and have referred several people to him. He is wonderful at what he does and his staff is great also - they answer questions when possible and never any issues with filling my prescriptions. 5 stars for sure!!
BAD DOCTOR. HE WILL IGNORE LAB RESULTS. My husband was a pt for about 5 years. During the last 3 YEARS, he had ABNORMAL lab results including High Cholesterol and Borderline Diabetes and was not informed during visits, instead was told everything was normal. I noticed a lot of concerns at home and asked him to show me his results in the app. The concerns were highlighted in RED, but my husband didn’t know what that meant and just took Foster’s word.
