I AM A UPS EMPLOYEE OF 36 YRS. I WAS DIANGNOSED WITH A DEGENERATIVE TEAR IN MY MENISCUS. ON DEC.21 I WAS FIRST SEEN BY DR. BURKHEART. HE MISFORMED ME ON WORK/COMP BENEFITS. MY DECISIONS I MADE WERE BASED ON HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE STATUS OF MY HEALTH AND BENEFITS I WAS TO BE GIVEN. WHEN I LEFT HIS OFFICE, I CALLED MY CASE WORKER MICHELE KLINGER. Do not go to Dr. Burkhart. He performed knee surgery a year and half ago and left me in more pain than before my surgery. I went back to him and he said “he doesn’t fix them”, I would need to see another doctor in his group. I found Dr. Hudanich outside of Orlando Orthopedic. He did my revision surgery 7 days ago and I am almost pain free. He found that Dr. Burkhart had left parts of the meniscus in my new knee. He had left a bone spur cutting my left tendon.
