Unfortunately healthcare isn’t about providing excellent care it’s about making money. I have a lot going on and needless to say 10 months later I have to have another TKR. Would provide details but I don’t want to provide all the information. I would never go back here again ever. Horrible care just horrible. Ignored all my concerns.
In the middle of my appointment as I write this review.... Let me tell you these folks got it going on... Showed up 25 minutes early, brought me back to the exam room 10 minutes early .. Dr. Brad was in the room with me in 5 more minutes and it was still 10 minutes till my appointment time... From there back to get x-rays... Then a couple cortisone shits... All done in and out in 45 minutes .. love these folks
Doctor Homan is NOT a Veteran friendly Doctor!
I would like to give a shout out to Dr. Homan’s Medical Assistant, BRIAN. He has the best bed side manner, is very knowledgeable and is always so helpful. He has helped me numerous times and has the patience of a saint. This practice is lucky to have him!
Unfortunately, he used to be great but now he is so rushed that he missed the main issue - complete loss of patella cartilage which was on the MRI report and he recommended knee surgery that would only address tendon and meniscus tears. I was scheduled for surgery and reread my MRI report and asked him and his assistant about the missing cartilage. Both told me there wasn’t any arthritic issues.
