Just awful! Last Saturday I had an appointment. Guess what - he never showed up! Office was closed, nobody was there!!! Is it a good service?
Dr. Knapp has been my life-long dentist and I have been extremely satisfied with the results of every procedure that he has had to perform on my teeth. His cleanings are incredibly effective, pain-free and most importantly very fast! It's great to be able to go to the dentist over my lunch hour and have my teeth cleaned and x-rayed within 20 minutes! Dr. Knapp is a great dentist and has a great team.All of the procedures have been gentle and surprisingly painless.He uses the latest technology, and offers numerous options for a treatment plan. He gets you in on time for your appointment and works in a very timely manner. I still can't say I like going to the dentist -- I don't -- but I can't imagine going to any other dentist. Dr.Knapp and his team are wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
