I would have given a zero but there isn't one. My daughter completely messed up her shoulder at work. Dr bushels office keeps telling her she needs surgery but that it has not been approved by workers comp. Workers comp keeps saying his office is not raising authorization. I was a little nervous at first,, but Dr Bushnell was awesome. And his entire staff were so caring and friendly, Overall I am so glad I found Dr Bushnell, Emily and the staff. They are tops in my eyes now. GREAT , CARING AND FRIENDLY .SO IF YOU HAVE A NEED , CALL AND GET ON IN TO SEE THEM. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

I could not have asked for better service from a doctor in his staff. In all questions or answered directly and no sugarcoating, which is what I like.
