Dr. Bushnell is very kind and friendly. Always a smile. Explains well. Makes you comfortable.
I could not have asked for better service from a doctor in his staff. In all questions or answered directly and no sugarcoating, which is what I like.
Dr. Bushnell is a nice guy. Very personable. His office staff, on the other hand, (Pam, his nurse, especially) has treated my husband like a second class citizen. He had surgery a little over 2 weeks ago. Was told by the doc to stay out of his sling unless he was at work due to his severe arthritis and a fear of a frozen shoulder. He was also told to move his shoulder immediately, for the same reason....to do exercises. My husband's biceps tendon has now popped. Dr.Bushnell did a wonderful job on my ACL reconstruction of my right knee and followed up directly after ,leading to a speedy recovery.I couldn't be more happy with the progress I've made!!
