Very caring and knowledgeable
After struggling with chronic pain in my back and shoulder. Dr. Culling has finally found relief. He always explains my option. Always has time to address my questions and concerns. Exceptional staff.
Dr. Culling is an absolutely awful and negligent doctor, and Advanced Pain Care is dishonest and poorly organized. After a tonic-clonic seizure resulting in an in-patient hospital stay, I asked Dr. Culling if he was able to see if there were potential interactions between the medicine he was prescribing and the medications I was currently on (the doctors at the hospital felt that the seizure was provoked by a reaction between medications Dr. Culling had prescribed). He is a great doctor. Gives different options for managing different pains. Had a trigger point injections today and honestly it wasn't to bad. I hate needles and I expected it to be quite painful but it wasn't. I definitely recommend him if you have chronic pain. I have alot of different health issues and he works on a plan for all of them. They also have a rheumatologist and orthopedic and neurosurgeon in the same practice!
