The dental experience is okay. However, with 5 people in my family their is bound to be a cancelled appointment. They charge me $50 every time. I cancelled an appointment today 3 1/2 hours prior to the appointment due to an unforeseen conflict, and they still charged me for a "day of broken appointment." They stated that to avoid a charge I have to cancel 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately that is not always feasible. I will be changing dentists.
The very best in Auburn. Great staff and facilities.
Love the admosphere , not a long wait time and service is great.
