Dr. Bowers has been my doctor for more than 20 years and has done a wonderful job with my eyes. He's professional, respectful and efficient and so is his staff.
Simply put a Dr. that truly cares Staff is just as wonderful
Friendly and responsive office and doctor. Dr. Bowers took his time, and gave me a really good prescription.
Dr. Bowers and office staff are always friendly, thorough and efficient. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. Staff return phone calls promptly. Questions are answered thoroughly by both Dr. and staff. Excellent customer service.
We are lucky to have Dr. Bowers in Las Cruces. He is very professional & meticulous in his approach to eyecare & helping you arrive at the best lens prescriptions. He allowed me to experiment with several different types of contact lenses at no charge to try to find the best ones for my eyes. It's easy to get an appointment. 2 areas for improvement: friendlier office staff & dispensing trial contacts in original packaging, vs. handling by staff, which is unhygienic.
