I think her staff were very friendly and the Dr. Was very kind and took time to listen to me. I look forward to my next appointment on Wednesday.

The worst experience. Hazel Bowen was rude from the get-go, dismissive, and uninterested in my mother's symptoms. We explained the Family history of Hyper and hypothyroidism, 6 members to be exact with confirmed conditions. We showed her the TSH levels that were through the roof, yet Hazel Bowen thought those were mild and reluctant to treat her, even though her practice called and scheduled an immediate appointment after seeing the results.
