The woman who answered the phone unfortunately has trouble dealing with people. She should be moved to a department that doesn’t deal with patient interaction. A cubicle somewhere perhaps sorting documents in silence would be suitable.
This is kind of an odd review. The only time I ever saw him was when I was going under for a colonoscopy however, his nurse practitioner retired and I had my yearly appointment. I saw his new nurse practitioner and then I saw him and wow is all I can say This man is very caring and compassionate and thorough. His staff is amazing. I love Beth. She is the nurse and the nurse practitioner that I saw was amazing too.!!!
This is my experience… I called yesterday to get an appointment ( I am a patient) was told a nurse would have to call, never received a call. I called back the next day was put on hold… a rude and disrespectful mean uncaring nurse said… I will need to schedule you the soonest is Oct. 31, I said I’m sorry I can’t make that time, she said well then November 14 with a PA. Dr buniak aswome and nice person his staff is the worst I ever had to deal with I had endoflop and endoscopy order by the doctor and I need to see him after I call and they never responded to me and they always confuse and don't know what to do and ask stupid questions next step I going to take legal action against them they keep charging my insurance so much money for fake nonsense I gave them way too many chances to fix things they just ignore it guess what you are not above the law
