What a great group of people. They are warm and compassionate. They have helped us through the death of our Petunia and the care of our new Stella. They give great care.
It is clear that all they want is to see how much money they can get from you by making you feel guilty. They take advantage of your emotional attachment to your pet and if you don't agree to all they advise, their attitude quickly changes from kind to rude.
I highly recommend Alderwood Companion Animal VCA! They have been taking quality care of our dogs for 20 years now. We recently had to say good bye to one of our two, and with the others that have gone before her. They were so thoughtful, loving and kind through such a difficult time. We have been through a lot together, from surgeries, cancer, allergies, arthritis, adoption, and welcoming a cute puppy to the family. The care we have received has been excellent!
I take all of my fur kids here and wouldn't take them anyplace else. The hours are great for when you work an odd shift and everyone there is super nice. Thank you for all you do.
Great visit today with Dr. James, Laura and Lilliana! They got us in right away, saw us on time, and took great care of our dog! Very smooth and caring experience!
Our family recently relocated... well, a few years now and stumbled upon VCA Alderwood Companion Animal Hospital and I can say we were so blessed to find them. They are so caring about our pets and us. We recently brought in our kitty who had a blockage and they fixed her right up, gave us updates multiple times a day, held my hand through tears and worked with our financial situation so that she would get the care she needed and be able to come home to us.
