I've been seeing Dr Boon Tan for a couple of years. I trust him, respect him and recommend him, due to his vast knowledge and care.
Literally saved my life by finding a melanoma. He takes excellent care of me and I trust him !!
In 2018 there is just no more room for ‘Dr’s’ to keep patients, with appointments, waiting for 2.5 hours. This is not the 60’s and etiquette goes a long way. At the very least, there could have been some sort of effort from the reception to explain why or for how long patients need to wait. The worst part of having to drive through for 1.5hrs was sitting in the surgery and having the doctor not shed any light on the issue, nor bothering to actually have read the case notes.
