I reserved and PAID for a high tea for 7 - I have to cancel my reservation due to unforeseen food allergies. I have called, emailed twice, left a comment on Instagram and called again. ZERO response. I will have to go to this place IN PERSON and require a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. Do NOT spend money here.
My daughter did a tea party here for her 5th birthday. They had a amazing time. I loved the clotted cream.
0/10. My friends and I booked our reservation for two over a week in advance and paid in advance. When we arrived at the location, the waiter was definitely not expecting us/didn't have our reservation on the books. He (accusingly) asked my friend to pull up the reservation, looked at it, saw it was correct like we said, and said "Yeah, that's right I guess." I will start with this location is great, and the space was really cute. Everything was served in vintage dish ware and the furniture was shabby chic. I think for the price, it was a little underwhelming. If you were to bring your little kid here, it would be a perfect little tea party for them.
