Phoned but the staff was something else & not what I/We expected. Transferring calls & asking the same questions again & again. Just by the staffs behavior afraid to step into the Doc's office.
The office staff is terrible. They don't smile or talk to you. In a waiting room full of pregnant women who are already hot it's always hot in the office, the thermostat will be set on 80 when it's 75 degrees outside. You will NEVER see anyone even remotely close to your appointment time. Dr. O and Lydia are the only reasons I ever went back.
