They never answer the phone & there customer service is bad
Very rude and lazy, would not recommend
It’s been about 14 years since I last visited this office. I previously had three of my children under the doctor’s care, but unfortunately, the energy this time around felt completely off. As I was leaving, even a former staff member asked, “Why does everyone keep quitting?”—which only confirmed the uneasy vibe. The receptionist seemed unsure of her responsibilities and didn’t give proper direction, likely due to poor training. Because of that, I was told we could no longer be seen as patients.
