I have seen Dr Hrpka for several years now and am very happy with him and his practice. He has always been responsive, caring, kind, and open to listening to my thoughts.
He doesn’t listen well, constantly seems to be thinking of what he will say next, apparently. He brushes off concerns and has a very hard time answering questions. My minor daughter claimed he was very pushy about a medical procedure with her. He does not have medical product information on hand for requested patient education. He seemed okay at first but now we had to find a new doctor and we found a family doctor in Sturgis. I like Bronson, but I can no longer recommend this practice.
Love how quickly he addresses my test results, I never have to wait days like with some doctors!
He seems to rush every single interaction I have with him. Hasn't been single visit I have had with Hrpka, my family doctor, that lasted more than 10 minutes, most under 5, and that includes examinations and physicals. You are lucky to get an explanation,, and unless you have a perfect recollection and recital of what is wrong, you aren't going to explain everything. He is always certain he knows exactly what is wrong after spending 5 minutes with you, asking very few questions or clarifications
