Detailed assessment, results explained clearly, next appt booked easily.
The whole team at this office are friendly, positive, warm and welcoming. I've always been treated well and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy and feel confident in the glasses you leave with. They are wheelchair accessible. I would with 💯 confidence recommend them as the next place you go for new glasses. 10/10 on every aspect of how they treat you as a new client from the moment you walk in the door for your first appointment to when you walk out with your new glasses.
I went for my eye exam today at FYI Doctors on Smythe street. From start to finish I had a great experience. Sheila did my pretesting and was very kind and explained all the steps to the pretesting portion. Dr Bohnsack was great, I have been going to him for many years. He has a lot of knowledge and answered all the questions I had. He was very thorough and I didn't feel rushed. Tanya was the optician that helped me.
