We’ve been patients here a long time. The atmosphere is pleasant. Love our hygienist Rene. She’s very personable and competent.. Thanks to her I don’t dread going to the dentist.
Been coming here for a few years now. Dr. Sullivan is great. No nonsense. Right to the point and is willing to answer any and all questions. I always feel confident that I’m in good hands. The dental assistants who do the cleanings are also amazing. Have had 3 different people clean my teeth throughout the years and they all do a fabulous job. Are extremely friendly and social. If you have any nerves they go away the second you walk in and they are there friendly and happy. Literally couldn’t recommend them enough.
Called , asked about available appointments . The lady who I spoke to on the phone was rude and clearly not interested in being helpful....wonder how many potential clients have been lost because of that employee. Hamburg Dentistry you really should work on your employees customer service skills.
My cleaning lasted 10 minutes!!!! There’s no way a proper cleaning takes 10 min!!!!! Time for a new Dentist!!!
Dr Ryan Sullivan is the best dentist I ever had I had emergency problem called me back immediately and came in after hours and repaired it Like to add the staff is awesome and professional especially Shannon a hygienist
