Worse doctor you can find. He quit treating my wife and me without notice. His front desk woman is a grouch. Go elsewhere at all cost.
Dr. Newbell is knowledgeable and professional. He has been a great help over the last ten years or so. He is good about refilling prescriptions.
Dr. Bob is my primary care physician. When I ran a sawzall through my hand last week I decided to take care of it myself. Draw your own conclusions. He doesn't make time for his patients and he is so afraid of getting sued, he is useless. He's a nice guy, but impotent. Having him as your physician is like not having a physician at all.
He used to have a Nurse practitioner that was great and friendly. Now is just this dry doctor with a poor bedside manner. The previous receptionist (Sherry) who was nice and friendly but no he has an old grouch.
Dr Newbell is very professional and approachable. He keeps you updated!

It's been a while since I saw him, but I decided to review him anyway. I mentioned that infrequently I have panic attacks. I told him I didn't want to be on an anti-depressant, and that I would prefer to have something like a low MG Valium or Xanax on hand for when this happened, which is what my last MD did. He became aggitated, said "doctors aren't allowed to prescribe those anymore". Called pharmacist and she said "I fill them everyday". Confronted him about the lie and he fired me!
I love Dr. Newbell and his staff. I’ve been going there for around 10 years, and he has always been helpful and knowledgeable, and glad to give referrals when needed. I trust him thoroughly, and his Nurse Practitioner Frances, is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. I interned with Dr. Newbell when I completed my MA degree, and they are very professional and care about their patients. I have never heard him say any off color remark about anyone or anything, he always just wants to help
Dr Newbell and is staff are great!!! He took care of my Mom for years!!! He Is my Dr as well. I can’t begin to say enough about him and his staff. He listens to you and takes the time to go over everything. Most Dr’s don’t take the time with their patients.. would recommend him to anyone!!!
