I had surgery this week at the Bobbie Bailey Tower. The customer service was outstanding from security, reception, all the nursing staff that cared for me as well as anesthesiology and my doctor. My family appreciated the comfortable waiting rooms and the bistro, beautiful facility.
I had my second child here and do not recommend choosing this hospital for your labor and delivery. It was so poorly run and the facility is poorly maintained. There was a large influx of people giving birth at the same time as me and they were utterly unprepared for the volume. I understand humans make mistakes, but many many mistakes were made by my care providers over the course of my time there that caused me pain and suffering, such as miscommunications between nurses at shift change, a 3 hour wait for an epidural durin... read more
My sister had a procedure here and we had such a wonderful experience with the surgical nursing staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. As someone who was caring for a relative post-op for the first time, they made it so easy.
My wife and I had a nearly flawless experience delivering our daughter here. Special shout-out to our labor/delivery nurse Kennedy who was completely on point for my wife's labor. After hearing about some of the terrible birth stories I'm forever grateful to the staff here.
