I call myself trying to support Black businesses but I’m so disappointed in the fact that I got to my appointments 20 minutes early left 2 hours for only one child to be seen and I made an appointment for two children. Then you acted really skeptical about cleaning a two year olds teeth when all you had to do was say you don’t do children that young. So you decided to take another patient back before us. Won’t recommend this dentist and practice to anyone.
Been coming to Dr. Smith for a few years. And these last two years has been the worst. She can't keep a receptionist. I left a voicemail mail a few times but didn't get call back. Had to drive to her location to get an appointment. Then I make the appointment come back a few weeks later for the appointment don't start on time.
