It was a wonderful experience with Dr O and all the staff of the Children's Dentistry of Germantown. Excellent reception, nice staff, very patient with kids, excellent service. Thanks to all the staff there
Took my 3 girls to Dr. O today and it was a wonderful experience! First, the waiting room is amazing for kids of all ages. they have toys, a fish tank, and a couple arcade games. my 10, 7, and 2 year old all had fun waiting while I filled out paperwork. The 2 year old even went back to play after the appt. The staff are friendly. Dr. O is gentle but firm and gets the work done. He talks to the kids like they are kids. Since Dr. Bob retired, the new receptionist working with Dr O is not very pleasant to speak with when rescheduling the appointments. Things come up that’s why people call to reschedule. She said she doesn’t have availability because she doesn’t know what schedule works for us and then asked me if I am sure I want to reschedule with her voice that did not sound right
We’ve been going to Dr. Bob for years, and sadly since he’s now retired, this practice has gone downhill fast. They seem very unorganized. Last time we were overcharged, and not everything was submitted through insurance as it should have been. The receptionist, who is responsible for submitting claims, couldn’t have been more rude or wasn’t even apologetic for her mistake. The new dentist, Dr. O, is friendly, but we cannot take the risk with payments/insurance, or dealing with rude people at a CHILDREN'S dentist. Hopefully ... read more
Dr. Bob is the best dentist ever, stepping into his office feels like entering in a little kids’ dream place. He is extremely good at making my child feel comfortable, safe, and HAPPY. The only thing my child complains about is that we can’t go to the dentist more often!!!!
