Visit was on time. Staff including Tania were amazing! Dr. Blanco listened to all my problems and worries and came up with a plan to address them ALL! He listened intently, asked questions, gave me REAL answers on what he suspected was happening and I knew he honestly wanted to help me! Haven’t been around to many Dr.s that really care anymore! He’s different! He actually CARES! The best care from the moment I entered the office and left feeling I had someone in my corner ! Thank you Dr. Blanco!

I have never had such a horrible customer experience as I have had with Dr. Blanco and his office for the one 1 year I was under his care. My prescriptions were never right, I constantly had to follow up with them to get results to bloodwork -which I had done in December and still have not received 3 months later and was told today it was my fault that I did not schedule an in office appointment. My prescriptions is still not right at the pharmacy...At this point, I am done with this office.

0 stars! My parents went to Dr. Blanco a few years ago. They liked him. Last year and recently my mom has called for an appointment because she was sick and was never called back. My mom is 91 and she was sick....and no one called her back! 2x! Last year we took her home to Ohio when she was sick! BTW she had to have part of the bowel removed. She was very sick! Super easy to make appointments through the online patient appointment request and get quick email response back. Staff is friendly and Dr. Blanco truly listens to patients concerns, addresses them and goes over options at that time. My sisters have been patients of his for a few years now and have always said good things about this office as well.

Had surgergy under Dr. Alejandro Blanco's care as primary physician and he is listed with Florida Blue as accepting HMO. My family has been going to him for years. I signed up for Florida Blue HMO because Florida Blue verified that he accepts Hmo. After surgery for 9 months now his staff have refused to make a follow up appointment as they say they have problems with Florida Blue. I have been a patient for 5 years! My Mother has also been a patient of Dr. Blanco’s for 5 years. She is almost 103 yrs old and he has saved her life several times! I love his attention to me and my family and his office staff is amazing! I’m a retired nurse and wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Incompetent people in that office. Bad service from front desk staff. I'm willing to find another doctor and starting the process all over.
