great place, nice employees
They are professional and do a great job. I have been going there for years.
I most wish the dentists understood that the financial side does a bait and switch. The plan discussed with clinical , is not what happens. It has happened several times that what is in writing at the end of one appointment is changed directly before being called in to the office for the next appointment . The dentists and clinical team are amazing. They are compassionate and professional. I can’t say enough good. The male working in the financial department needs to be investigated.
They use bait and switch tactics. My wife had extensive work done through put the process everytime we came in we where called into the financial office with additional charges that we where already told was part of the original care plan and finance plan. I just went in for some extractions and a root canal. Which was set up in the original care plan and finance plan. I got called into the financial office right before the appointment being told the root canal was not part of the original plan. This is criminal behavior. Th... read more
