In the past, I have been quite satisfied with my treatment at Afdent. There were a few problems over time with two new crowns falling off more than once, but the response was prompt and satisfactory. On Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, my appointment to replace an older crown that had fallen off lasted 5 hours. I’m never dissatisfied when I go to afdent, the staff is very friendly and professional, And the Doctors do amazing work!! I highly recommend them!!

The people are always so helpful, there professionalism is rated beyond a 5.
I will NEVER go here again!! The Office help is fabulous [I never spoke to finance], the Dental Technician I had [a lady with long gray braided hair] never bothered to introduce herself and she was arrogant and appeared intolerant to my raging pain. Dr. Tao [sp] isn't even shown under their list of Dentist/Drs, was friendly but did not communicate what he was going to do, went in and out of the room often, did not discuss what was on my Xray's or what additional cavities I had/or didn't have, didn't discuss after care.
