One of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had the front desk clerk started giving me attititide because she mixed my name up with someone else’s and she started yelling and giving me terrible attitude and said why don’t you ask me if your a new patient or existing!!! That’s her job to do extremely unfortunate because I’m an Army Veteran with PTSD Andy disorder from the service absolutely disgusting!!! I expect an apology for the such rude behavior to a mental health patient mind a Veteran
Dr. Wolfrum is very supportive and I highly recommend to all. The staff is caring and helpful. The facility is clean. I appreciate all of the work that this office has done with me in the past year. Thank you! Lisa
Aside from minor problems here and there with the office staff I am very pleased with Dr. Wolfrum. I was very depressed and saw many other therapists who were totally unhelpful. Dr Wolfrum has not only eliminated this serious problem from my life, I now feel happier than ever. I still see the doctor once a month but I'm totally confident now that depression for me is a of thing of the past.
Friends and several members of my family including my sister, daughter and two cousins have been long time patients of Dr. Blaise Wolfrum. We are all (including yours truly) without exception very happy with his service. I personally believe this doctor is the best in the business. Occasional long waits times are the only drawback, but I think that's because of Dr. Wolfrum's immense popularity.
Aside from long waits sometimes, I'm very happy with Dr. Wolfrum. And now on the day of my appointment I'll call in to see how busy they are and sometimes come in a little late myself to shorten the wait. :) Other than that he's a wonderful doctor I would highly recommend to anyone.
