I waited over 1 1/2 hours to meet with Dr. Wolfrum after my scheduled appointment time. This was in Des Plaines and I went to McDonald's across the street and while I was waiting for him he came in sat down and ate a burger and had himself a coke. During my appointment he said that he lied and said he was so busy that he couldn't even leave the office, I said, Really? How was that burger from McDonald's you just ate? Rude people on the phone
My review is for the office itself; Eileen Duglow was an amazing therapist for me and the people I saw for medications were all very kind and knowledgeable. However the office is managed incredibly poorly, and the constantly rotating front desk staff didn't help. I only continued to go to this office because it was the most convenient location for me. They consistently overbook their doctors and nurses, causing up to a three hour wait time because of backlogged patients before the pandemic. Front desk staff forgot to tell my... read more
