Dr Blair Murphy Rose is absolutely incredible. She is so kind, thoughtful, and a meticulous. Her attention to detail and care for her patients shows through her incredible work. I see her for my cosmetic dermatology needs (sofwave, microneedling, laser etc), as well as my medical dermatology needs with things like the skin excision she did for me recently, leaving me with little to no scarring. I truly cannot recommend her enough!
I made an appointment with their receptionist over the phone, but when I arrived, they had no record of my appointment, even though we had spoken two days prior. I verified that I had called their correct phone number. They charged me the copay and did not inform me that I was being squeezed into the schedule or that there would be a significant wait. After waiting over 45 minutes, I was told there were still two patients ahead of me. Very unprofessional, and they had no problem wasting my time. I will not be going back.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Blair Murphy-Rose. She has truly amazing patient care and takes the time to make you feel heard and comfortable. She builds great rapport with her patients and creates a welcoming, positive environment from start to finish. Horrific dermatologist. Went to her for what would have been considered a third degree burn, which she prescribed two different topical steroids for. After using them for three days the wounds were worse and burning so badly that I investigated the creams and the first side effect for both was that they caused skin thinning. I saw Dr. Murphy-Rose last year, my first and last appointment with her. I had terrible bug bites from a trip to Mexico and my skin was still irritated a month after the trip with red bumps appearing every so often. Dr. Murphy-Rose took one look at my skin and said it was bed bugs with no proper examination. She was incredibly condescending whilst explaining bed bugs and I left the appointment in shock and very upset.
