Would give zero stars if I could, RUN AWAY! The most unprofessional doctors office I have ever encountered. They are not transparent with their pricing, will charge you $400 for a consultation and will not tell you how much the actual procedure costs that you are coming in for. "It's office policy that we don't disclose pricing over the phone, you'll be given the cost of the procedure after you pay the $400 consultation fee in our office." NEGATIVE STARS!!! Unfortunately, there is no such option as a negative rating. AN EXTREMELY GREEDY, MONEY ORIENTED, SHADY, AND STANDOFFISH DOCTOR!!!! Every visit Dr. Blair Murphy-Rose did "ALL HER BEST" to keep the visit/conversation with me as SHORT as possible. No details/explanations of treatments until I asked. No after care instructions until I asked. No SPF lotion was provided to put on my face right after treatment until I asked. No healing ointment provided to take home for after care until I asked. I had a terrible experience with this doctor and I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Just absolute chaos if you need any follow up from this office.
Be warned - she sneaks in hidden costs for impromptu "procedures" done during check-ups and you don't find out you were charged or what the amount was until months later. I went in for an annual check-up and ended up being charged several hundred dollars without even knowing any "procedures" had been done to me. Before she does anything or suggests any quick things for you, demand to know the costs associated. I was never told any costs beforehand - would not recommend a doctor that is this shady.
The best derm there is! I am lucky to see Dr. Murphy-Rose for both medical and cosmetic needs and I always feel comfortable, safe and as if I'm in the best hands in her chair! The office is clean, the staff is great and billiing is as easy as can be. I LOVE being her patient!
