Had appt for 4:00 - did not leave until 7. Dr was fine but they need to get better customer service - will not be returning.
I'd give 00000 stars. Wouldn't let me Post if I didn't give at least 1. I paid $500 a few years back for my tinted glasses. Now that I want them retinted I have to pay $100+ for another eye exam then the cost of retinting!!!! F Them!!!!!! I will NEVER go back!!!!!!
We were first in line. First paperwork out and one person with a 1:15p appt. They took people back for eye exam that were well after us.
Vision works on Preston Hwy sucks!!! I took my son for glasses and contacts the frame stylest would not help us pick out a frame instead of helping us she just went and pulled the lenses and sat at her desk and waited for us to pick our our own frames was rude for some reason my check would not go through and I had insurance so I said I would call in the morning with payment and she made my son take out his trial contacts??? even though my insuranced paid for them will NOT GO BACK!!!
