This is my first year here and things have been really rocky my entire time, nos one could remember an apt I had (twice) then basically tried to tell me insurance likely wouldn’t cover it and I would have to pay on site….after THEY set this apt because of an oral times they prescribed that stained my teeth…………….all of this at the apt lead me to h destined zero prep goes into seeing patients before they come. I have been with Dr. Fayz for many years. I have established friendships with some of the staff there. They are professional and personable. Dr. Fayz and her team never disappoint. They are very thorough with their patients. The environment is very clean and organized. I trust the services that are provided and the feedback that is given regarding my personal visit. I have been going to this specialty dentist Dr Bita Fayz for about a year now and all I can say is that she is so kind, understanding and caring. She gives recipes and also great advice. Her staff is amazing from Sylvia to Ashley who is the dental hygienist. I enjoyed her cleaning my teeth and is excited about her doing my maintenance moving forward. Dr fayz is amazing at her job all around. These are some beautiful people and they have excellent energy. Thank you for all you do!
