We already in a bad shape visiting my daughter here , to add to it the receptionist tells me on the intercom it’s going to be 10 mins before we go in mean while she goes washes her hands and cheat chat with security guard for bit . Not only we are suffering with trying to help our kids but this receptionist need to be more humble and caring my daughter came here because the Riverside hospital told me it was a great place for my kid but in all reality it’s Not!
