Excellent all across the board-- medical techs are professional and thorough. Front desk staff are attentive and courteous. Dr. Roberts takes the time to explain and answer EVERY question and concern. Most important of all my vision is 100% better thanks to Dr. Roberts.
Not a good experience. Waiting room is unsanitary and elderly patients waited for hours. Took 3 hours to get through the first patient appt with about 1 hour of waiting, and 2 hours of machine scans that could have taken 45 minutes total if they weren’t so disorganized and overpacking the office with patients. As a disclaimer, optical services were okay and the doctor was nice.
