I used to get anxiety from the dentist. The assistant and hygienist here are very kind and sweet. Dr Bing is also very nice and its clear she knows how to maintain a fun yet positive office.
As an established patient I’m totally disappointed with recent conditions in this office. Went in for X-rays today and the new chic put the intraoral camera in my mouth without a sheath protective sanitary cover. Then she hung it back with the rest of the tools on the tray. Who knows who’s mouth that was in before mine because the tray from the previous patient was still on the counter used and full of dirty tools and dirty gauze so I can guarantee that room wasn’t sterilized for use with me after the previous patient. Amazing dentist office, the best in the area! Young lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful even tho she said she was new. Dr. Bing was absolutely kind and very professional.
