As an established patient I’m totally disappointed with recent conditions in this office. Went in for X-rays today and the new chic put the intraoral camera in my mouth without a sheath protective sanitary cover. Then she hung it back with the rest of the tools on the tray. Who knows who’s mouth that was in before mine because the tray from the previous patient was still on the counter used and full of dirty tools and dirty gauze so I can guarantee that room wasn’t sterilized for use with me after the previous patient. Amazing dentist office, the best in the area! Young lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful even tho she said she was new. Dr. Bing was absolutely kind and very professional.
This dentist office is the absolute best. I'm 42 and there hasn't been a dentist as caring as they are. I missed appointments because I hate dentists. Well they knew but not only didn't judge me but made me want to go back. Since then I've had oral surgery and my mind is at ease now. I highly recommend them. They do not over book and are very quick in getting you in. The longest I've ever waited in the waiting room was 10 min. Simply the best! I wish that ever Dr was this way! Less appt. Less mess!
