Friendly staff. Dr. Kim explained in terms that were easily understood. He listened and answered all questions.

Dr. Kim might be the world's best vein doctor, but I've had nothing but aggravation and irritation dealing with his administrative personnel. I'm told I'll be called, but never get called. I call and after the recording, someone might answer and I'll get voice mail to leave a message. I don't get called even if I leave a message. When I'm answered, I get passed from person to person with each time requiring me to listen to the recording. I'm fed up with his administrative stall.
