The office was accepting new patients so I booked an appointment.... The first available was 2 months out! But the reviews on this dentist are good so I waited. Then one day before my appointment I receive a call that I need to reschedule and if I am available for 630pm that Friday, instead of the original 3pm. I am a working mother of 2 so that did not fit my schedule especially so suddenly. The assistant said she would follow-up with me the following week and never called me back. Excellent dentist, knowing what he's doing, not painful at all, everything was quick and easy, I highly recommend.
DR.CAVALLI is the most professional and charitable dentist I have ever met. He is very friendly, puts you at ease and explains what he is doing. His exam and cleaning seemed very thorough. There was no pain during the treatment, and the whole process was smooth and relaxing for a dental procedure . He helped with my dental insurance and he allowed me to pay in installments with no interest which no other dentist has ever done. He seemed concerned about me and not consumed about making money .
