Receptionist rude and unprofessional. She is always late so she won’t return calls. Dentist doesn’t have a dental assistant so he basically does everything including booking appointments. Office is a mess. I rather take my good insurance somewhere else’s
TLDR Dr Cavalli is great, I highly recommend him Long story: 5 years ago I was an international student at Cal and the third month I got to this new country one of my cavity starts to hurt. It starts aching so badly that my head also hurts. As someone who’s not from here, it was a little bit hard to grasp how to find a good dentist. I’ve been seeing Dr.Cavalli for a while now, he and DeAna are always helpful and accommodating. I love leaving his office w clean, polished teeth. He recently did a beautiful (front tooth) crown for my husband, can’t even tell it’s a crown. No complaints from us!
I've been going to Dr Cavalli for quite a few years, excellent care. he's also very good at making crowns and made a Maryland bridge for me that other dentists still praise when they see it. His front of office receptionist is priceless friendly and professional.
