0 stars. Receptionist hung up on me for asking a simple question. Very rude. She sounds miserable at the job. I hope the doctor sees this feedback and find a better receptionist. Also, found out that my senior dad previously went to this family doctor and end up not going back due to the rude receptionist. He hated his experience at this clinic all because of the lady at the front desk.
