Surface level this place seems great..the staff is friendly but I had a few raised eyebrows after a couple sick visits for my child. Long wait times once you get called back, NPs and doctor cannot be reached via telephone (for follow up questions) and no recommendations for follow up appointments after RSV and pneumonia dx for a 5 year old. But after todays appointment regarding vaccinations, I have lost respect and trust for the doctor. Will be finding another pediatrician.
Dr. Anna is AMAZING. So personable and easy to talk to along with being exceptionally informative. Love her!!
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the providers are knowledgeable and compassionate. They took the time to listen to concerns and answered all questions with patience. The clinic is clean and well-organized, making each visit stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-notch care for their children!
I’ve had good experiences with the office and doctor, but their in office healthlab is horrible for blood draws! The lab tech that draws blood always has a bad attitude, isn’t welcoming, and is very stern around children. My 2 year old had his blood drawn for the first time. There was no attempt to even be friendly, talk to him, or try to make him more comfortable about what she was going to do. She didn’t even say a word to him.
