Very thorough on everything, including checking in on kids mental health which is so important.
Nurse Practitioner was great. The answering service is impersonal. I don’t understand why the phone can’t be answered in their office. I filled out 15 minutes worth of paperwork online via a link sent to me including an image of my license and insurance card. I still had to show my license and insurance card to the girl at the front desk. The order for imaging had my old address on it - but I must have typed my address in the paperwork online 3 times. What was the point of all that paperwork online??
I was recommended this clinic by a midwife because she said they dont push vaccines. Which was something I was looking for in a pediatrician office. Every nurse practioner I've had for my children have been great with my kids and answer all my questions. The office is clean and the time from the waiting room to being seen is very short. I would recommend Green Pediatric to all my friends and family who value health care professionals that care about their patients.
