Dr Alam has a friendly, warm bedside manor. He takes the time to listen & he CARES! He had me in Hartford Hospital, after New Britain General did NOTHING for me when I was DYING of Covid! NBGH didn't even BATHE me in TWO WKS, when they sent me home, I was still unstable, on Oxygen...two days later I went to HH! Dr Alam got me right, on Remdesivir, even though I was already past day 10...THANK GOD he did!!! he SAVED my life!!! He is amazing! I LITERALLY owe my life to this WONDERFUL man! I will never forget him!
