I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sanjeev. His expertise, compassionate approach, and attention to detail made me feel confident in my care. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated internal medicine specialist.
Dr. Sanjeev is a good doctor, but that is irrelevant because unfortunately he works behind the impenetrable firewall that is his front office staff. The primary problem with the front office is that they never answer their phone – EVER! I actually saw this policy in action one time as the phone display lit up when I was at the counter, and the staff lazily glanced over at the caller ID before getting back to BS’ing.
