Dr Das took excellent care of my daughter. Although it can be hard to reach his office, I think I can see why. He is a busy surgeon who made my daughter feel like she was the only patient. I was referred to him by our GI team (I work at one of the hospitals in the Medical Center of Texas), and I could not be happier. I visited my mom while she was recovering from a obgyn procedure, when suddenly it was found that she had a ruptured colon. the doctors called Dr Das immediately and he was like an angel to us. In just a few minutes my mother was in the operating room and Dr Das had fixed the problem. Its really very scary to hear that your mouther needs another surgery... but Dr Das was the one to call. Thank you so much for your care, surgery skills, and kindness to my mom and sister. After such anxiety about cancer you were confident and calm and after we saw you on television mom you were the right one for her. How could we have known that our GI girl sent us to you already. Dr. Das is absolutely great! I passed on another colorectal surgeon that my friend told me about. I thought it was ridiculouthat I went to see one surgeon only to be handed to another one of his "associates" -- I did't come to see his buddy! Thankfully, I was recommended to Dr. Das by two of my doctors. He was nice, and he made me feel comfortable. I had a great experience with Dr. Das. My GI tried to remove a polyp that was large TWO TIMES -- thats TWO colonoscopy Preps! That's way too much. I finally decided to get something done. I made an appointment with Dr. Das and was surprised to find out I qualified for partial colon resection to just get rid of the polyp and avoid cancer. I was delighted. Dr. Das is the best. After colon cancer surgery I can dance with my husband!! Dr. Das is the best surgeon I have ever met and that I asked to help me (there have been several prior surgeons for other unrelated issues). He really goes out of his way to make his patients feel comfortable and to give them the best advice possible. For more than 12 years I delayed my colonoscopy because other doctors I felt were bullies. Dr. Das is incredible. He take good care of my family when my father was very sick with cancer. He take time and answered our questions. Surgery was not hard -- surgery was very hard for my mom but not hard for my dad thanks to Dr Das. He is wonderful and cancer went well. He works very hard to make sure you have the best. He pushes and pushes to make sure you have the very best. thank you Dr Das for everything you did for my father.

100% Amazing. Dr Das is both a surgeon and a true doctor. He spent time on my case before surgery to make sure we were perfect for my surgery. Surgery went perfectly... there were no problems. I picked Dr Das over another colorectal surgeon who seemd to pass me off to just another person in his group. What is the point of picking a surgeon if you dont even get to see the guy you wanted....!! Dr Das takes great care of you. Dont even think about going anywhere else.

I am almost too embarrassed to write this review, but Dr Das took such good care of my Mom for such an embarrassing problem. She had eakage of stool and urine and a rectal prolapse. In two procedures (both of them mom left the same day) the problems were FIXED. Gone. Mom goes out to lunch and dinner with her friends (social distancing and masks), and I have never seen her happier. Thank you thank you thank you!
