DR SWEETEN… your staff is horrible.. all though you’re a great Dr, why do I have to call several times or days just to get an appointment!!! This has been ongoing.. when it comes to my child’s health this is unacceptable.. you’ve been in her life for years .. however we have to find another pediatric Dr .. your staff again is horrible..
I have been calling for months and they want answer the phone. My child had bad labs and I received a letter three months after her visit. This is terrible dr Sweeten use to care about her patients.
Dr.Sweeten is the BEST! Highly recommend
Her staff does not answer the phone and 10:45 central time. Break doesn't start until 12:30. That's not fair to the patients.
