She has been my doctor and she is now my kids doctor
Great doctor but office will NEVER answer the phone . I have called 10 times back to back and still no answer & this happens EVERY time I try to call the office .
Never answers the phone my child has an appointment today but is sick trying to reschedule called twice waited 30 minutes the phone is now busy that office is very irritating. Also when my kid is sick I have to take her to urgent care or lebonheur because of no same day appointments or her schedule pushed out sick of it. Looking for a better office for my kids.
5 years in and it hasn’t gotten better the main issue is the fact they you have to call a billion and 1 times just to still get put on hold and rushed off the phone! Mailbox full no one ever calls you even when they insist they will! This is beyond insane I really wish I could give zero stars Wth do y’all have hours for I went to both locations nobody’s there ???? But yall close at 5
My kids love her, she has been in my kids' life since they were babies. She’s the best doctor ever ❤️.
