Absolute worst medical experience we’ve ever had. At our first appointment, we waited 1.5 hours past our scheduled time for Dr. Bianca Frederick. At our second appointment, today, we waited exactly 2 hours. This is for a 45-second adjustment procedure. Dr. Frederick did not so much as say hello when she entered or introduced herself to my 8 year-old or myself.
