Confirmed my appointment for 3 pm 1/8/2024 and arrived early at her new location (Brident Dental at 501 W Hampden) Nobody at her office, no one answered the door, no lights on. When I called, the agent I spoke to acted like she barely had ever heard the name Bianca Badaro before. Not sure what’s going on. Do I need to look for a new dentist?
I called the day before my appointment to confirm and they said all was good to go. I show up, and the office is closed. I call and find out Dr. Badaro quit. They never sent a message to me and I took the afternoon off work. My experience with other Perfect Teeth offices hasn't been great overall. Pushy dentists who don't listen, broken equipment, and aggressively pushing "routine" x-rays I don't want. Crowded offices and long waits too.
