Dr Bolla and his staff are the best! He has helped decrease my pain levels!
I was his first patient at Samaritan Medical Center, it's been 18 years? Hes the best Dr. ever!!!! I moved to the Saratoga area, and I have new pain management but I'm telling you Dr. Bolla is the best! He put my 1st neurostimulator in, I was crying..and I'm not lying to.you, my crying made him teary eyed. That's when you know you've got a great Dr. He did many, many many shots in my back. Dr Bolla is an ok Dr, but his office staff is the worst! Erin in patient billing should have been fired months ago. Thankfully, she is leaving soon. She does not know her job at all. Never have seen so many excuses for why appointments aren't billed correctly. Took over 2 months to get a refund for a procedure they made my boyfriend pay for out of pocket.. $800, when it all could have been avoided if she had billed correctly to begin with. I was greeted by kind, personable & professional staff for my appointment. They encouraged me to take my time filling out new patient paperwork. Dr. Bolla takes his time explaining details & possible solutions. The office itself has beautiful vaulted ceilings & modern decor. It felt like I mistakenly entered the wrong building, as it is more like a spa!! I am optimistic that the plan we agreed on will bring me some relief from chronic back pain. I highly recommend Dr. Bolla!
