walk in patient I checked in with front desk he told me it will take 1 hour but sad part is people came before me they already seen by doctor. They show favoritism. People they know. But doctor is 100 he definitely deserve 5 stars it just that staff are terrible

I recently visited this place with my wife. Our experience was unfortunately unsatisfactory. We encountered several issues: Difficulty contacting the doctor for urgent confirmations. Unprofessional behavior from some staff. Rude and unhelpful reception staff. We are disappointed with the quality of care and considering filing a complaint with the relevant medical board.

Service from Front Desk as like as garbage... Client service officer was rude and arrogant. His behaviour was too aggressive. He did not show any respect while he was talking. He thinks he is the king but he doesn’t know he is there for providing proper service to customers in good manner and attitude. I hope owner/doctors will have a look on their front desk management.
