I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.

Does this pediatrician use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless!
I was always made to feel that Dr. Msibi knew more than me. That I couldn't possibly have anything intelligent to offer. I'm sure that Dr. Misibi sees more children than I do, but I think he should also respect the fact that I know my own children better than he does. When I repeatedly asked for him to consider an ailment I was pretty sure that my son had, he simply dismissed me, not once, not twice, but three times.
