Very rude front office staff i have never experienced the same ever. My kid appointment was at 4:00 and i was late reached at 4:11. She made me wait till 4:22 so that appointment time get over and then asked me to reschedule. My feedback for Dr. Bhavana is 5/5 but when it comes to front office desk it is 0/5. They don’t know how to handle these scenarios.
